Our service packages can include daily, weekly and monthly checks of your core infrastructure components, looking for problems before they occur, and to ensure that they are performing as they should.
We have differing levels of IT support package to suit almost all levels of budget and organisation, from remote only support for desktops and servers to full In-House support for your entire IT infrastructure, this means we can tailor support packages to meet your business needs without breaking the bank.
Don't want to sign up for a lengthy monthly support contract, not a problem, we also supply support care-packs of 5, 10, 20 or 50 hours to use as you need. They don't expire after 12 months unlike other companies, and you can use them as and when you need to. We have a considerable number of our customers using care-packs as they have the piece of mind of having IT support at the end of the phone, with a service level agreement, yet they have full control over their budget.
We also provide ad-hoc IT support for customers who have little need for a contract or IT support care-pack due to the limited amount of support that they require.
